About the Role
We are seeking an analytical and proactive SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about search performance and enjoys turning data into strategy. You will play a key role in improving website visibility, supporting organic growth, and strengthening long-term digital presence.
What You’ll Do
1. Conduct in-depth keyword research, market analysis, and competitive audits.
2. Perform technical SEO evaluations and collaborate with developers on implementation.
3. Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
4. Develop and maintain content strategies for blogs, landing pages, and supporting assets.
Track and analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
5. Prepare monthly SEO reports and communicate insights to internal teams and clients.
6. Stay updated on algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging best practices.
7. Support site migrations, redesigns, and new website launches using SEO best practices.
8. Work collaboratively with UI/UX, development, and PPC teams to ensure cohesive cross-channel alignment.
What We’re Looking For
1. 1+ years of practical SEO experience (agency experience is an asset).
2. Solid understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO principles.
3. Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
4. Strong ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
5. Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or comparable CMS platforms.
6. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations.
8. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
