Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Coordinator to support online marketing campaigns, content creation, and AI-powered sales & marketing automation projects.

Position Details:
Duration: 8-week summer position
Schedule: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Compensation: $18.25/hour

Tasks and Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
Support website content updates, promotional materials, newsletters, and presentations
Research market trends, competitors, and audience interests
Help develop sales funnels, lead generation systems, and customer communication workflows
Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, and automation platforms) for content creation and marketing productivity
Assist with automation of lead follow-up, customer inquiries, and campaign reporting
Coordinate promotional events, online campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives
Support internal marketing and sales improvement projects
Assist with social media content planning and scheduling across platforms
Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
Skills Developed
Participants will develop:
Interest in digital marketing, branding, or e-commerce
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar tools
Strong writing and communication skills
Creative thinking with awareness of trends and branding
Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and metrics
Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools preferred)
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Qualifications
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or have Refugee Status in Canada
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Professional attitude with a focus on teamwork and confidentiality
