工作內容

以下為主要工作職責（將根據公司優先事項與您的技能有所調整）：

設備安裝 (15%) – 根據客戶需求安裝與整合機械模組。

測試、修改、故障排除與調試 (50%) – 測試、修改、排除故障並完成機械調試。

文件與報告 (5%) – 紀錄問題並提交報告予工程師。

協作與支持 (10%) – 與工程師合作改善系統設計，並為操作員及維護人員提供培訓與支援。

驗收測試 (10%) – 參與工廠驗收測試 (FAT) 與現場驗收測試 (SAT)。

其他工作 (10%) – 完成其他指派的任務。

技能與能力

具備機械、電氣及氣動元件的紮實知識與操作經驗。

具備分析與解決問題的能力，能有效判斷根本原因。

具有操作電動工具、車床及銑床的實務經驗（具備焊接經驗者優先）。

能閱讀與理解藍圖、電路圖及 CAD 圖紙（具 CAD 經驗者更佳）。

熟悉工業自動化、PLC、液壓及氣動系統者佳。

能獨立工作並具備團隊合作精神。

具備良好的時間管理與自我規劃能力。

具備粵語或普通話能力者更佳。

任職要求

願意根據工作需求出差(美國)至客戶現場（約 10–25%）。

持有有效駕駛執照且駕駛記錄良好。

有美國簽證。

能在獨立及團隊環境中有效工作。

具備良好的書面及口頭溝通能力。

具備包裝機械行業或工業自動化背景者優先，但非必須。

願意並積極學習新技能。

具備良好的安全意識，能遵循 WorkSafeBC 規範及公司安全程序。

身體健康，能勝任體力工作（包括搬運 50 磅重物及長時間站立）。

What will you do?

The following outlines example responsibilities, which may be adjusted based company priorities and your skillset.

Installation (15%) – Install and integrate different modules based on customers’ needs.

Testing, Modification, Troubleshooting & Commissioning (50%) – Test and modify machines.

Documentation & Reporting (5%) – Document problems and report to engineers.

Collaboration & Support (10%)

– Work with engineers to improve system designs and provide training and

support to operators and maintenance staff.

FAT & SAT (10%) – Participate in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).

Others (10%) – Other assigned tasks.

Skills:

Solid Knowledge and interaction of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.

Analytical ability to solve problems and determine root causes.

Hands-on experience with power

tools including lathe and milling machine operations (welding experience preferred)

Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings (CAD experience is

a plus).

Familiarity with industrial automation, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics is beneficial.

Ability to self-manage time and resources to achieve objectives.

Cantonese or Mandarin language skills are an asset.

Qualification:

Willingness to travel to customer sites (US) as required (10-25%).

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Valid US Visa.

Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Background in the packaging machinery industry and industrial automation is an asset, but not required

Willingness to learn new skills.

Strong awareness of workplace

safety practices and ability to follow WorkSafeBC regulations and company safety procedures.

Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50lbs, standing for extended periods
