建筑公司招聘工程造价师

本公司主要从事建筑外墙石材安装、室内细木工、地板安装等工程。因业务扩展，现诚聘一名专业、细致的建筑估价师加入我们的团队。

【岗位职责】：

为外墙石材工程、细木工工程、地板工程进行准确的成本估算；

审阅建筑图纸、施工说明和项目文件；

进行材料与人工的数量计算；

向分包商及供应商询价并进行评估；

准备投标文件，协助项目报价及招投标工作；

与项目经理及客户沟通，确保报价准确。

【任职要求】：

1–2年以上建筑估价相关经验（石材、细木工或地板工程经验加分）；

能熟练阅读建筑图纸；

熟悉建筑材料、人工费用及基本施工流程；

熟练使用 Excel，有预估软件经验者优先；

做事细致，具备良好的分析与组织能力；

英语良好，会中文者优先。

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for stone exterior, millwork, and flooring projects.

Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents.

Conduct take-offs and quantify materials and labour.

Request and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.

Prepare bidding documents and assist with tender submissions.

Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure accurate project pricing.

Maintain project cost database and update material pricing regularly.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of estimating experience in construction (stone, millwork, or flooring preferred).

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Good knowledge of materials, labour rates, and construction processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with estimating software is an asset.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

English communication skills required; Mandarin/Cantonese an asset.
