Apartment Building Handyman Wanted
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to maintain and repair our apartment building.
Responsibilities:
General repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
Routine maintenance and inspections
Responding to tenant maintenance requests
Keeping common areas clean and functional
Requirements:
Previous handyman or maintenance experience
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable and punctual
Working in Vancouver Area.
