Able to handle inbound calls from clients and prospective clients in a friendly and professional manner
Comfortable making outbound calls to potential clients in a professional manner
High organizational skills
Feel comfortable handling all clients needs, which includes: providing quotes, changing coverage, handling payment, responding to emails, calls and website inquiries, and selling policies.
