Full time Bookkeeper (Richmond)We are looking for a detail-oriented individual withstrong organizational and communication skills to fill the roleof bookkeeper for our growing accounting firm. The position entailsbookkeeping and general office related duties. The ideal candidate for thisposition is a skilled multi-tasker, reliable, and committed to consistentlymeeting deadlines.Responsibilities:- Full-cycle accounting using QBO.- Communication with clients and employees.- Ongoing, regular preparation of financial statements and reports.- Prepare GST, PST and WCB reporting and remittances.- Regular account reconciliation and financial reporting.- Process payroll, ROEs, T4s and source deductions.- Process invoices and cheques.- Prepare personal tax returns.- Manage office in general including mail, filing and other office duties.Key qualifications and competencies:• An accounting degree or diploma• A minimum of 1 year experience working in Accounting in publicpractice environment• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Sage 50 software• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite• Exceptional communication skills both written and oral• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize andmulti-taskWork hours: Monday – Friday 9:30 am to 6: 00 pmCompensation: Salary plus bonus (based on experience)Language: Mandarin PreferredJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
