We specialize in personaland corporate tax.About the roleWe arecurrently seeking a permanent full-time Bookkeeper to join our team. We are looking for a team player who has anacute attention to detail and is able to perform full-cycle accounting. Thisposition will be reporting to the Senior Accountant and will be working withother members of the company’s team.Essential DutiesPerform full-cycle accounting;Complete all A/R and A/P;Process payments and documents;Calculate WCB, GST, PST, Payroll and other compliance items;Maintain general legers and financial statements;Prepare monthly bank reconciliations;Manage filing and other administrative duties as required.Qualification & SkillsMinimum 2 years of accounting experienceEducation: Minimum diploma in Accounting or equivalent.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, ExcelExperience working with Sage 50, Quick BooksStrong written and verbal skills in English, Mandarin and/or CantoneseAbility to work independently and strong team orientationGood organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritizeAbility to be flexible and adaptable in a fast paced environmentStrong detail orientation and numerical aptitudeAbility to deliver results under pressure and during times of ambiguitySalary & Benefits NegotiableWe provide acompetitive salary ; and offer opportunities for personal and professionalgrowth.
