Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

- Creating a fun, energetic, safe and entertaining experience for our guests
- Guiding our guests through the reservation process
- Preparing and maintaining equipment to ensure the reliability and smoothness of the daily
operation
- Maintaining a clean and organized facility
- Handling phone calls in to facility and answering questions
- Operating internal software program for multiple games
- Front counter customer service and Cashier

Qualifications

- Great customers service
- Restaurant/Food service and/or entertainment industry experience preferred
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills
- Must be available to work until midnight and weekends(The business hours: Monday to Friday is
4 - 12, and Saturday to Sunday is 11 am to 12 am)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Teamwork player
- Able to speak Mandarin and Cantonese is an asset
- Self-motivated
