Responsibilities:-Site management would include scheduling, supervising, and quality control of all sub trades as well as required first aid attendant and equipment in compliance with all Work Safe B.C. regulations.-Weekly written progress reports to be provided as well as cost projections, and corresponding budget adjustments.-Site management to ensure strict compliance with the B.C. building code as well as all environmental regulations.-When required, to provide consultation with engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, local and provincial authorities, project manager, and developers and representatives.-Plan and schedule to execute the project on time and on budget by effectively mobilizing labour, equipment, and material resources.-Good understanding of the national building code and warranty requirements, make sure all inspections are passed without issue.-Maximize site productivity by managing and coordinating the work performance, quality, and efficiency of workers and subcontractors.-Interpret plans and specifications according to the scope of the project, ensuring compliance with working drawings and specifications.-Manage subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to the project construction schedule and budget.-Coordinate projects with municipalities, environmental protection agencies, etc. to ensure continuous operation of services.Requirements:- 3+ years of construction experience- Previous full cycle building experience- Generate weekly field reports- Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills- High degree of integrity and ethics- Safety and first aidSalary and work hours:$8,000+ per month depending on experience and the number of projects you can manage at a timeMonday to Saturday, roughly 8 hours a daySupplemental Pay: Year-end performance bonus 10-20%Benefits:Extended health careAbility to commute/relocate:Kelowna, BC 有意请联系：(778) 869-6660
