- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude- Perform basic Bookkeeping, Prepare Orders, Invoices, Data entry, Costing, and Inventory.- Manage, Prepare, Send and Receive Daily Shipping.- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and standard email software- Fast learner, Self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment.- Have the ability to prioritize workload and have the flexibility to manage multiple tasks without supervision.- Fluent in written and verbal English- Full time, Permanent job – Monday to Friday- Salary to be determined upon skill setPlease send resume to tax@greenbergassociates.ca.
