Landmark Group is a long-established real estate services company primarily based in the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia, Canada.https://www.landmarkgroups.ca/Responsibilities:-Plan and schedule to execute the project on time and on budget by effectively mobilizing labour, equipment, and material resources-Good understanding of the national building code and warranty requirements, make sure all inspections are passed without issue-Maximize site productivity by managing and coordinating the work performance, quality, and efficiency of workers and subcontractors-Interpret plans and specifications according to the scope of the project, ensuring compliance with working drawings and specifications-Manage subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to the project construction schedule and budget-Coordinate projects with municipalities, environmental protection agencies, etc. to ensure continuous operation of servicesRequirements:- 3+ years of construction experience- Previous full cycle building experience- Generate weekly field reports- Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills- High degree of integrity and ethics- Safety and first aidSalary and work hours:$65,000+ per year depending on experience and the number of projects you can manage at a timeMonday to Saturday, roughly 8 hours a daySupplemental Pay: Year-end performance bonus 10-20%Benefits:  Extended health careAbility to commute/relocate:  Surrey, Langley,White Rock, BC有意请联系：(778) 869-6660
