Job description Responsibilities:· Plan and schedule to execute the project on time and on budget by effectively mobilizing labour, equipment, and material resources· Good understanding of the national building code and warranty requirements, make sure all inspections are passed without issue· Maximize site productivity by managing and coordinating the work performance, quality, and efficiency of workers and subcontractors· Interpret plans and specifications according to the scope of the project, ensuring compliance with working drawings and specifications· Manage subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to the project construction schedule and budget· Coordinate projects with municipalities, environmental protection agencies, etc. to ensure continuous operation of servicesRequirements:· 3+ years of construction experience· Previous full cycle building experience· Generate weekly field reports· Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills· High degree of integrity and ethics· Safety and first aidSalary and work hours:$65,000+ per year depending on experience and the number of projects you can manage at a timeMonday to Saturday, roughly 8 hours a daySupplemental Pay: Year-end performance bonus 10-20%Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $65,000.00 per yearWork Place: Surrey, White Rock有意请联系：(778) 869-6660
