RESPONSIBILITIES:-Answering and filtering calls from existing and new clients-Assisting Creative director in providing clients with options and pricing-Daily monitoring and response to voicemail and emails-Daily email support to existing clients-General office tasks-Perform other duties as assigned to help with the efficient functioning of the office-Responsible for helping with coordinating the shipments of all orders from our production factory, both incoming and outgoing, including preparation of all appropriate paperwork -Responsible for issuing purchase order and / or production orders, as directed by Inventory ManagerExperience & Skill Requirements: -1-3 years of office and administrative experience-Strong communication skills, both written and oral-Ability to communicate effectively with people-Strong organizational skills and highly motivated with the ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment-Strong computer skills, (all MS Office products a must) -Basic photoshop and AI skill-Must work well independently, as well as part of a team-Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and deal with issues where necessary
