Full time opportunities are available in our Downtown Vancouver location.Job DescriptionTo succeed as a Store Manager, applicants need to be responsible and have acute attention to detail. They have important tasks to manage and execute to run the store successfully, including:- Meet or exceed sales targets and other organizational metrics- Develop your team's skills by modelling best practices and techniques- Identify training and development opportunities, work with individuals and partners to address gaps and build on strength- Overseeing inventory by working closely with the head office team- Constructing a schedule for employees and manage their time off, sick leave, and time tracking- Developing promotions to drive traffic to the store- Attend to all customer escalations with satisfactory resolutions- Maintain merchandising in accordance with standards set by Chatr- Ensure processing accuracies by following established systems and processes- Handle cash or credit card transactions and conduct daily reconciliation- Minimize security risks by ensuring a tight control over inventory and other company assetsSkills and Qualifications- Excellent communication skills required to interact and serve customers. English is a must. Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset- Passion for leading a team- Great customer service and a sense of urgency- Ability to make timely decisions- Team player and have the ability to meet sales targets on a consistent basis- An Active Listener who seeks to understand the needs of our customers- An outgoing personality who enjoys lots of human interactionsWe offer competitive compensation package.
