Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.Conduct property inspections, ensuring that units and common areas are well-maintained, clean, and meet quality standards.Manage tenant relations and ensure compliance with all relevant rental laws and regulations.Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities, including obtaining quotes, hiring contractors, and ensuring work is completed to satisfaction.Conduct regular property assessments to identify maintenance needs, prioritize repairs, and implement preventative maintenance strategies.Perform rent collection and ensure accurate and timely processing of rental payments. Enforce lease terms and policies.Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities and transactions, including but not limited to tenant files, lease agreements, maintenance requests, and financial documentation.Monitor and manage property expenses, including negotiating contracts with contractors and service providers.Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and competitive properties in the area.Stay up to date with the Residential Tenancy Act in BC and other relevant regulations to ensure compliance.Demonstrate excellent writing skills for creating professional correspondence, reports, and legal documents.Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve departmental goals.有意请联系:(236) 888-8228
