It combines research-based, learner-centric pedagogy, with market-leading technology studio-quality, and certified teachers, to deliver an online learning experience that is engaging and effective.VISPARK’s portfolio includes: ·Spark Math - Redefine how children learn mathSpark Chinese - Empowering children to speak Chinese with confidence and easeThe Role & Responsibilities:● Develop and implement strategy sales plan to continually achieve or exceed targeted business objectives● Responsible for recruitment and training for the Commercial Sales Team● Manage daily, weekly and monthly sales cadence● Strategically lead the development Commercial sales pipeline● Responsible for exceeding revenue targets for assigned Commercial Sales Team● Develop a sales strategy for the assigned territories that will identify and target prospects● Effectively manage and orchestrate the closing of both strategic and transactional deals within sales cycle● Effectively utilize all company resources available in supporting sales campaigns● Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competitionRequirements:● Minimum 2+ years of proven and documented Sales Leadership/Management● Ability to motivate a team of high performing & experienced sellers● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment● The ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentations skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds● Strong leadership and consensus building skills to influence others based on your credibility, shared respect and strategic planning experience● College degree or equivalent preferred
