Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team Rolife Sales position as a part time job locate at Richmond, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers in finding the perfect items for their needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. In spare time, you need to do some simple marketing work and organize inventory.Responsibilities:1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.2. Understand and stay updated on the variety of items available in the store.3. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about product features and benefits.4. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and sales events.5. Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.6. Process customer transactions accurately using the clover system.7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.8. Stay informed about industry trends and new items releases to better assist customers.9. Need to post on Xiaohongshu, Instagram and WeChat for advertisement by using store account.Requirements:1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.2. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.4. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with clover system.5. Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.6.
