Job Responsibilities
-Provide day-to-day administrative support to manager, department, or team.
-Manage and maintain adequate levels of office supplies and request orders as required.
-Process paper-works including but not limited to; ensuring appropriate document control and compliance through filing, composing, and editing documents.
-Make travel arrangements, including booking accommodation, transportation reservations, and preparing travel itineraries.
-Organize and schedule meetings and appointments and take meeting minutes.
-Completion of daily cash reconciliations and related accounting entries.
-Assist the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and internal financial reports.
-Responsible for the company's accounts payable, which includes reviewing invoices, verifying purchase orders, and ensuring that payments are made on time.
-Responsible for reconciling bank statements and credit card statements to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded.
-Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports.
-Schedule and coordinate store maintenance services, such as grease trap cleaning and pest control, in compliance with health and safety standards.
-Verify and maintain records of store business licenses and health permits, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
-Conduct other jobs assigned by upper management.
Job Qualifications
-Post-secondary education or above in business admin or related field
-Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in a office admin or coordinator role
-Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
-Detail oriented, and ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy
-Demonstrate job commitment, accountability, and reliability.
-Have a strong work ethic and are committed to your team, and can collaborate with and assist other colleagues
-Good knowledge of speaking English.
