A Vancouver-based Real Estate development company specialized in residential and commercial space. Due to business expansion, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant. We welcome passionate, talented professionals to join us.
We are looking for
- To provide administrative assistance to the Vice President, performing a variety of clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments;
- Organizing, booking and checking in personal and business-related travel, as well as complex travel itineraries;
- Responding to and tracking RSVPs and invitations;
- Arrange personal activities for the Vice President and the family, including children tutors, children schedule, and other personal arrangements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill;
- Experience of 1 year as office assistant preferred;
- Bilingual ( Chinese / English) preferred;
- Valid B.C. Driver's License Class 5.
