A Clinic is looking for an Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction:

Greeting patients, answering questions, providing information about clinic procedures and policies, and directing patients to appropriate areas or staff.

Appointment Management:

Scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, and managing the appointment schedule. Communication: Answering phones, responding to emails, and relaying messages between patients and medical staff. Record Keeping: Maintaining patient records, updating information, and ensuring accuracy of data.

Financial Transactions: Processing payments, handling co-pays, and managing billing information. Office Management: Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, managing inventory of office supplies, and ensuring smooth operation of the front desk.
