Full-time Receptionist

Responsibilities:

Answering and Routing Calls:

This is the core function of a telephone operator. They answer incoming calls, screen them, and help customers place orders and solve their problems

Providing Information:

Operators may provide callers with basic information about the company and the glasses.

Taking Messages:

When a person is unavailable, the operator will take messages and ensure they are delivered promptly.

Requirement:

-Must be fluent in English and have strong listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

(need to talk to lawyer and property management)

- Must be familiar with using excel (using different formula)
