Ying Da Enterprises is looking for a passionate and hard-working individual to join its team. Our Company is a supplier for Tempered glass and Mirror. Experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.
Work Schedule: FULL TIME MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00-5:00
Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, through phone, email, fax, or in-person
Take messages if the person required is unavailable
Be proactive in greeting and assisting customers (i.e., ask what service they require, etc)
Motivated to learn, and eventually be knowledable in the details of the glass industry to better respond to customer inquiries
Manage customer information, orders
Update customer order status
Detail oriented.
Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to quickly learn and be efficient with software provided by the company
Fluent in written and spoken English
Organized, able to prioritize tasks
Bookkeeping experience is preferred.
