Richmond based trading company is looking for office administrator and support.
Office Administrator:
Duties for this role include BUT NOT LIMITED to
• Office administration and organization (8 person office)
• Track project prograss
• Maintain the project management system
• Provide support for project coordination and oversight, as needed.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a 1-2 years experience in office administration. You possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills, a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with independence and good judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.

• Adept at working in a team environment;

• Proficiency in MS Office required;
