We’re looking for Administrator who has experience of business administration and working with and managing contracts.
Duties: • Establish and maintain contract files and ensure appropriate and timely renewal and/or changes in accordance with contract management policies and direction of the appropriate director/manager • Create standardized language for new contracts • Maintain and update all digital and hard copy contracts and documents • Work closely with financial operations and perform accounting tasks as assigned • Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures • Liaise in a professional and courteous manner with supervisor, staff, contractors/consultants and external agencies to gather and disseminate information • Perform other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications: • Graduation from Post-secondary education and 3 years of business administration and contract management experience • Practices care and thoroughness when maintaining, monitoring, calculating and summarizing data, records and financial information • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines • Good written and oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills • Works well independently and in a team environment • Bilingual (English and Mandarin or Cantonese) • Strong work ethic
