We are looking tohire a part-time/full time office administrator with experience in socialmedia. We hope the right candidate can work with us to enhance the exposure toour brand/business.Job descriptionThe right candidatewill have some poster/ads design skills, social media experience and impeccableorganizational skills. We are looking for someone that can execute new ideas,is a self started and can work on a project from start to finish. We arelooking for someone with decorum and tact that can grow with our company.To apply for this job, you MUST haveExcellent verbal/written/typing skill in English and Cantonese. Knowledge in Mandarin is anasset.Duties will includebut are not limited to:--Announcement/Content creating and editing-Poster/ads design-Social Media Posting-Website updating-Event organizing-Sourcing-Maintaining/monitoring online ordering platforms-Creating specials and promotions-Follow-up orders-Customer services include answering phone calls-General Office dutiessuch as filing and basic bookkeeping. Organize and maintain the officeincluding reception and common areas. Set up, manage, and administer thekitchenette, including supplies and equipment.-Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.-Creating, organizing, maintaining clear social media pages-Managing andorganizing lists-Managing responses on social media pages-Respond to direct messages via the social media pages and platforms-Increasing engagement/followers on all social media pages and platforms-Reach out to connections/influencer & establish professional relationships-The candidate mustwork closely with management/social media strategist for best solutions formarketing-Updating the web content as needed-Aware of Internettrends and ability to convert/recreate trends that suits our company-Managing multiple projects simultaneously (short & long term)We are looking for an individual who has the following skills:-Excellent verbal /written/typing skill in English and Cantonese is a MUST-Bachelor’s Degree preferred-Willingness to take on new responsibility when opportunity arise-Self-Motived and able to work independently-Must have BC driver license and must be able to drive to work-Must have 1-2 years+ related experiences-Ability to evaluate and prioritize-Extremely detail oriented & organized-Strong customer focus with the ability to see the big picture in day-to-dayduties-Positive attitude, accountability and personally motivated-Able to give and receive constructive feedback and embrace change-Highly proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Power-point, Excel andother standard -web tools-Highly proficient on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Snapchat, MeWe-Must be capable of boosting a social media post and is highly proficient withCanva, Later, and Planoy-Able to handle consistent tasks as well as take on a variety of new challengesIf the above jobdescription sounds like something you would be interested in, please send yourresume with expected salary.
