We are an active full-service law firm, looking to hire a new Reception/Admin Assistant (Full-time: 9am to 5pm; M-F). We are located at Unit 201-2849 North Road, Burnaby. $18/hr. Duties will include:- Greeting clients- Managing a busy switchboard- File opening and closing- Opening, date stamping and sorting incoming mail- Visiting the local banks to deposit various cheques- Additional administrative support as needed.Qualification:- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (both writing and speaking) would be deemed a major asset.- Prior experience at law firms not required- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident- Must be fully vaccinated (at least 2 vaccine doses)- Strong interpersonal skills- Fluency in Microsoft Word- Strong verbal and written communication skills- The ability to work independently as well as in a team settingIf interested, please email me your resume and the cover letter.Thank you.有意请联系:(604) 900-7987
