Its specialty with BC Provincial Nominee Program, Business Immigration, as well as family sponsorship and international student education, etc.Responsibilities:All aspects of immigration file preparation including completing immigration application forms, drafting cover letters, photocopying and filing.Monitoring and maintaining a client database.Receiving incoming correspondence and communicating it to senior staff and clients.Collecting documentation and information from clients and colleagues in order to prepare complete immigration applications.Greeting and communicating with clients when they enter the officeMaintaining a bring-forward system to ensure all deadlines areWork close with immigration consultantOrganizing clients’ electronic files, including adding incoming faxes and correspondence;Updating clients’ files on in-house software programCommunicating with clients by email, phone and in person;Qualification:- Language: Fluency in English and Chinese; Excellent English writing skills- Strong organizational skills.- Ability to multi-task, with ability to prioritize under pressure;- Familiar with Photoshop an assetPlease send CV to info@rmbconsulting.ca
