21221 – Business systems specialists
信息系统专家负责分析、测试和评估系统需求，制定和实施信息系统开发计划、政策和程序，并就各种信息系统问题提供建议。
Information systems specialists analyze, test and assess systems requirements, develop and implement information systems development plans, policies and procedures, and provide advice on a wide range of information systems issues.
与客户协商以确定并记录要求
Confer with clients to identify and document requirements

Analyze information systems processes, and propose customized solutions to improve performance and efficiency
