Yigeda Enterprises Inc.

Work Location: Downtown-1261 Alberni Street

Yigeda Enterprises Inc. is currently looking to hire an experienced (1-3 years of full cycle accounting experience) part-time bookkeeper to start as soon as possible. You will be reporting to a manager and will be performing a variety of tasks including bookkeeping and other general admin tasks. Our ideal candidate should be organized and good with multitasking and dealing with a variety of tasks.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Bookkeeping (using QuickBooks)

- Organizing documents – organizing and maintaining the store's filing system

- Perform general office administration tasks

- Completing various forms

- Other duties may be assigned to you as needed.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years experience with the full accounting cycle.

- Strong sense of responsibility and able to complete the assigned task with minimal supervision

- Language: Chinese and English. Cantonese will be an asset.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Ability to multitask and keep up with a high-paced workflow, if required.

- A background in accounting or possess basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping.

Note: Starting salary will be determined at the interview. This is a full time job with 5 days at the office.
