We are a small, professional accounting firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This is a well-rounded role combining office administration, client communication, marketing support, and bookkeeping.
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations (emails, scheduling, document management, client follow-up)
Assist with marketing activities, including social media posts and basic content updates
Support bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, account reconciliations, and invoicing
Provide administrative support to partners and assist with special projects
Our Ideal Candidate:
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Prior experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or marketing is an asset
Someone who enjoys working in a supportive, collaborative environment
