Bookkeeper wanted

Job Title: Bookkeeper

Location: Port Coquitlam

Employment Type: Full-time

About Us: We are a growing cannabis producer, looking for a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Reconcile bank statements

Prepare basic financial reports

Assist with payroll and tax filings

Communicate with management on financial matters

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role

Proficiency in QuickBooks / QBO

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation: Hourly rate, start at $21 - $22

Mandarin is preferred but not required
