Personal Banker
A Personal Banker focuses on retail account management as well as niche mortgage market with focus in the Alternative - A segment. This position is a part of a highly rewarding career that aims to expand customer base by developing new borrowing relations while delivering quality services to clients.

Job Descriptions 工作內容:
Maintain superior, professional, and courteous service to promote products and expand customer relationships. 維持優質、專業、周到的服務，推廣產品並拓展客戶關係。
Exercise sound credit judgment to ensure high-quality loans through sales focused strategy to generate high-quality loan proposals. 運用合理的信用判斷，透過以銷售為中心的策略，產生高品質的貸款方案，確保貸款品質。
Actively participates and assists with all Bank promotional programs and initiatives. 積極參與並協助銀行所有推廣計劃和措施。
Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities related to residential lending and financing. 識別、取得並拓展與住宅貸款和融資相關的新業務機會。
Build long-term profitable loan portfolio with existing clients while achievement short-term lending target to support high growth strategy. 與現有客戶建立長期獲利的貸款組合，同時實現短期貸款目標，以支持高成長策略。
Develop strong network of referral sources by leveraging on existing networks through active involvement and participation with the business community. 透過積極參與商界活動，利用現有網絡，建立強大的推薦來源網絡。

Qualifications 資歷:
University degree or equivalent education experience. 大學學歷或同等學歷。
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Canadian Banking institution. 至少3年加拿大銀行機構工作經驗。
Strong knowledge of the mortgage origination and home financing products. 精通抵押貸款發放和房屋融資產品。
Strong knowledge in credit analysis and adjudication as asset. 具備豐富的信用分析和評估知識，是您的寶貴資產。
Self-motivated, self-starter with exceptional relationship management and sales skills. 積極主動，主動性強，擁有卓越的客戶關係管理和銷售技巧。
