We are a well-established trading company specializing in sourcing
organic and specialty grocery products from both local and international
suppliers. We are currently seeking an Inventory Clerk to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform data entry for invoices, purchase orders and inventory movements
-Check inventory costing and price changes
-Reconcile discrepancies through effective
-Communication with buyers, the accounting department, and other relevant
parties
-Inspect suppliers’ invoices as well as all the supporting docs to make sure the inventory are recorded accurately
-Post the invoices into Sage 50, and pay attention to GST and PST input
-May be required to work on weekends and statutory holidays
Qualifications:
-Strong knowledge in Microsoft office software and Excel
-Experience in using Sage 50 is an asset
-Details oriented, time efficient, and willing to learn
-Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
-A quick learner and a team player, and able to follow supervisory instructions
-Speak English, Knowledge of Cantonese/Mandarin is an asset
Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Annual Salary: up to $48,000 commensurate with ability and relevant experience.
