Junior Accountant

Ceramex Enterprises Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. Duties:

- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes using accounting software such as QuickBooks

- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to ensure accuracy of financial data

- Support bookkeeping activities, including data entry and ledger maintenance

- Aid in preparing financial reports, budgets, and audit documentation

- Reconcile accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly

- Assist with payments processing and related compliance activities

- Contribute to auditing procedures by providing necessary documentation and support

- Collaborate with team members on financial services projects and account management tasks

- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions in accordance with company policies

Experience:

- Prior experience school training in accounting or finance is mandatory

- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online & Desktop is highly preferred

- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and account analysis processes

- Basic understanding of corporate finance principles, budgeting, and payroll procedures

- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze financial data accurately

- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
