We are an established logistics company operating in Canada for over 20 years. We are seeking an AP / AR Coordinator to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and logistics billing reconciliation.
该岗位需要对物流费用结构有基本理解,并具备良好的数字敏感度与细节管理能力。
This role requires an understanding of logistics cost structures and strong attention to detail.
🔹 主要职责 | Key Responsibilities 💰 应付账款 Accounts Payable (AP)
审核及录入供应商发票
与供应商对账并处理差异
协助月结及费用归类
Review and process vendor invoices
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing and expense coding
📊 应收账款 Accounts Receivable (AR)
根据操作单证开具客户发票
跟进客户应收账款
维护 AR aging 报表
处理客户账单相关问题
Prepare and issue customer invoices based on operational documents
Follow up on outstanding payments
Maintain AR aging reports
Handle customer billing inquiries
🔹 任职要求 | Qualifications
1–3年 AP/AR 工作经验优先
有物流 / 货代行业经验优先
熟练使用 Excel(VLOOKUP、基本数据处理)
细心、责任心强、逻辑清晰
能适应快节奏物流环境
1–3 years of AP/AR experience preferred
Logistics / freight forwarding experience preferred
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, basic data functions)
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
🔹 工作时间 | Schedule
周一至周五 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
