We are currently looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organized Account & Administration Coordinator to join our team in Richmond, BC.
This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy handling accounting, administrative coordination, and office support duties in a fast-paced logistics and relocation environment.
Responsibilities
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Prepare invoices, statements, and payment follow-ups
Process customer payments, e-transfers, EFTs, and wire records
Assist with payroll coordination and staff records
Maintain filing systems and accounting records
Communicate with customers, agents, vendors, and carriers
Support daily office administration and coordination
Assist management with reports and other administrative tasks
Data entry and document management
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous accounting or administrative experience preferred
Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho, Moveware or accounting systems is an asset
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills in English
Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Google Sheet
Detail-oriented and responsible
Able to work independently and as part of a team
