We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable Bookkeeper & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
1.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
2.Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments
3.Reconcile bank and credit card statements
4.Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online or similar systems
5.Support month-end reporting and financial document organization
Administration
1.Handle emails, filing, and administrative documentation
2.Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments
3.Support daily office operations and team communication
工作内容:
财务
1.负责应付账款(AP)及应收账款(AR)管理
2.处理发票、采购订单及付款流程
3.核对银行及信用卡对账单
4.使用 QuickBooks Online 或类似系统维护财务记录
5.协助月度报表及财务文件整理
行政
1.处理邮件、文件归档及行政文书工作
2.协调供应商、客户及内部部门沟通
3.支持办公室日常运营及团队沟通协调
Qualifications
1.Previous bookkeeping or office administration experience preferred
2.Familiar with QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Microsoft Office
3.Strong organizational and communication skills
4.Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
