在国内我就不鼓励大家去政府找工作，可是出国了，这里的政府工作很稳定也算是不需要担心资质和背景了。
所以看在不操心被黑的角度，很值得优先考虑。
策略就是不着急的人可以先找个casual或者part-time累积政府的一些经验再投full time/permanent。
那着急的朋友就一门心思多刷多投，多改自己的简历和cover letter，也同时多去学学youtube上面面试技巧（这里很喜欢问behavior questions一堆有的没的为人处事性格等方面的问题）。


这里的全职因为福利待遇很好，所以不是很容易上来就找一个没有本地经验的外国人，这是我的观察哈。
另外找工作抱着3-6个月持久战的心态。虽然会很多都石沉大海，你当它是自由的代价吧。
而且慎重选择大龄青年也很正常，你说大部分过来的朋友很可能在中国有10几年工作经验了，这份经验即好也不不好。
太初级的工作岗位不需要你这么资深，overqualified，不好管还干不长，不会选你。
太资深的岗位，你又没有本地的人脉和背景，谁知道给你管一堆本地人行不行啊。
这真的是要碰了，没有什么所谓最理想的，只有努力投简历，做你能做的，剩下的运气会帮你补上。
