Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
Process transactions quickly and accurately using the POS system.
Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
Arrange buns neatly in display cases.
Clean bun cases, trays, and tongs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store.
Skills

Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clientele.
Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Experience with POS systems and technology sales is advantageous.
Organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area.
Preferred Qualifications:

1 year of Customer service experience
Mandarin-speaking ability (preferred but not required!)
