位于Saint Laurent工业园的科技数据服务中心，现组建团队，招聘监控人员若干名，薪资面议，三个月试用期。

工作类型为全职（每周40小时，或有加班薪资），有时需轮夜班。

工作职责如下：

Remote monitoring, managing, and maintaining data center operations. Ensure proper running of the existing data center systems.
Troubleshoot and report system incidents/problems and abnormalities.
Resolve incidents related to routine problems or known issues. Perform first-level troubleshooting and resolution based on the predefined troubleshooting guide provided.
Proactively monitor the data center systems' uptime, proactively ensure system availability to prevent downtime and coordinate problem resolution with the vendor or tech support groups.
Perform Alert Monitoring triggered from the monitoring system (mode of notification: Audio, SMS, email).
Log and submit daily reports.

Requirements:
Associate degree in information technology, computer science, or systems analysis, or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow specified policies and procedures
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
Ability to collaborate and partner with teams to overcome challenges

The role has standard working conditions in an office type of environment with a rotational shift schedule to support 24/7 operations. Able to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
