Remote monitoring, managing, and maintaining data center operations. Ensure proper running of the existing data center systems. Troubleshoot and report system incidents/problems and abnormalities. Resolve incidents related to routine problems or known issues. Perform first-level troubleshooting and resolution based on the predefined troubleshooting guide provided. Proactively monitor the data center systems' uptime, proactively ensure system availability to prevent downtime and coordinate problem resolution with the vendor or tech support groups. Perform Alert Monitoring triggered from the monitoring system (mode of notification: Audio, SMS, email). Log and submit daily reports.
Requirements: Associate degree in information technology, computer science, or systems analysis, or equivalent experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow specified policies and procedures Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Ability to collaborate and partner with teams to overcome challenges
