• Manage daily and monthly payments process;
• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions;
• Keeps track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc;
• Reconciles payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate;
• Maintains historical records;
• Schedules payments and ensure payments are made in a timely manner in accordance with payment terms; generally responding to all vendor inquiries;
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices;
• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions;
• Assists in providing deliverables to external auditors;
• Supports management in completing special projects and other tasks as assigned.
  

●  工作要求：

• 会计、金融或相关学科的DEC或学士学位；
• 2年以上应付账款工作经验；
• 熟悉商业和会计原理，特别是支付周期；
• 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件，有良好的MS Excel操作经验；
• 优秀的组织能力和对细节的高度关注；
• 掌握法语和英语(书面和口语。
