●  Responsibilities：

• Developing trust-based relationships with our clients and implementing the best possible solutions for them.
• Analyzing and understanding large amounts of information in order to properly assess a client's financial situation.
• Capitalize on your advisory role to help them understand their financial situation and highlight the benefits for them.
• Join our team as a Collection Advisor and be part of the Bank's evolution by making clients the focal point of your interactions.
  

●  职位要求：

• 高中文凭；
• 客户服务和解决问题的技巧；
• 至少6个月的客户/咨询服务经验；
• 掌握人际关系技巧；
• 双语(英语和法语)。
  

●  Requirements：

• High school diploma
• Customer service and problem resolution skills
• At least 6 months' experience in customer/advisory service, an asset
• Strong interpersonal skills
