Responsible, reliable and able to work with others.Job detailsJob type Part-time Fixed term contract Responsibilities: · Answer and direct telephone calls · Management of complaints and requests from tenants · Draft and distribute emails, correspondence notes, letters and forms · Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. · Minor Bookkeeping · Process invoices and track rental payments · Perform other duties in support of the Office.
