地产公司兼职行政文员 工作时间: 每周2-3天 9:00-17:00 背景及经验要求:

拥有行政工作经验者优先
英或法语,流利的口头表达与书面沟通能力
优秀的组织能力、细致高效
熟悉Ms Office,熟练掌握EXCEL等办公软件
工作内容:
1.日常电话沟通、回复邮件、收发信件; 2.客户信息文件、档案、资料的整理、分类、归档;
3.日常报表的信息采集、整理、汇总; 4.房租管理与日常账单支付;
5.与相关部门协调,跟进解决日常问题和突发状况;
工作地点: Westmount

Office Administrator We are looking for a person who is detailed oriented, has great organizational skills, can work under pressure and be able to multitask. Responsible, reliable and able to work with others. Job details Job type Part-time Fixed term contract Responsibilities: · Answer and direct telephone calls · Management of complaints and requests from tenants · Draft and distribute emails, correspondence notes, letters and forms · Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. · Minor Bookkeeping · Process invoices and track rental payments · Perform other duties in support of the Office.
