xxx Company is currently seeking for a full time bookkeeper to join our team and who will be responsible for maintaining and recording the day-to-day transactions. We are and fast past import/export company (industry of women fashion) and need someone who can handle the work load.
Responsibilities and duties:
- General bookkeeping accounts payables, accounts receivables and payroll processing - Managing bank accounts reconciliation- making deposits and overseas payments via wires - Calculating sales people commissions on a timely monthly basis - Maintains historical records by filing documents - Coordinate and prioritize payables and receivables in a weekly basis - Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger - Monthly Gst/Tvq reports and other reporting - Preparation of financial statements - Processing payroll by-weekly
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and communication skills - Spoken English/French (English a must) - Ability to work independently and with a team environment - Strong ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure - High level of attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient knowledge of Sage is mandatory - Knowledge of Visual - Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office - Certificate in bookkeeping Minimum 5 years’ experience
